Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess CA/ ICWA, Graduation with PG Diploma / MBA in Marketing, BE/ B.Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical, Civil) for Sr Manager post, Graduation with Degree in Law, MSW / MA (PM&IR) / MHRM / MBA in HR, MBA (Materials Management) or PGDBM (Materials Management) equivalent to MBA, Graduate with PG Diploma / MBA in Marketing/equivalent for Dy Manager Post, BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical), B Pharm, Graduate with PG Diploma / MBA in Marketing, CA / ICWA, MBA (Material Management) / PGDBM (Material Management) for Manager Post, BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical) for Asst Manager Post and Graduate with PG Diploma / MBA in Marketing/equivalent for Dy General Manager post.
